Thom Blasberg has been playing guitar since the age of 14, and performs popular rock, pop, motown, country, and island music from the past several decades.
Thom incorporates the harmonica with a good number of his songs, and always adds in a real-time, simulated "kick drum effect" via a manual foot-controlled stompbox on all his music. The result is a very immediate and full acoustic sound without the use of any pre-recorded back tracks or the long wait to the listener for 'track buildups' typical from loop pedals.
Prior to moving to Florida, Thom was the lead singer and lead guitarist for 12 years for the popular DC-based band "Swiftkick". Many of the songs he performed wtih the band have carried over to his acoustic setlists.
